Refund policy
You have 30 days to decide whether the item is suitable for you. If 30 days have gone by since your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
The customer is responsible for paying for return postage and Hillfoot & Paws guarantees to refund any item(s), provided that they have been kept in sale condition prior to their return.
This means the item(s) cannot be damaged or altered and that any labels or tags should be intact. When returning the item, ensure that your full name and order number are clearly indicated and the refund will be issued once the item is received by Hillfoot & Paws.
Refunds will be issued upon Hillfoot & Paws receipt of the item within the specified timeframe, in good condition, not to have been issued and returned in the correct amount. Hillfoot & Paws reserves a right to decline to issue refunds if the above conditions are not met.
