All items sold are dispatched within 1-3 working days.

Orders with personalisation can take 2-3 working days to prepare. In an unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be notified by email.

Our Packaging

At Hillfoot & Paws, we focus sustainability. That’s why we use biodegradable or recycled packaging wherever possible. Our product tags are printed on recyclable paper and attached with biodegradable twine. Soon, we will be transitioning to using paper-printed tape only to secure packages, further reducing our environmental impact.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard UK Delivery

Beds are delivered between 3 - 5 working days with UPS, DPD or Royal Mail. Smaller packages are delivered using the Royal Mail 48 Tracked service.

Express UK Delivery

Need to receive your order quicker? Just select Next Day delivery services at checkout. Cost will be calculated based on the weight of your order. Please note that all orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days.

International Delivery

For customers outside the United Kingdom, delivery may take around 5 - 10 working days, depending on your location.

Cancellations & Returns

I have changed my mind and would like to cancel my order

Please contact us immediately as we usually start processing orders on the same day we receive them. If your order has not been dispatched yet, or we haven't yet processed custom orders, we may still be able to issue a cancellation and a full refund.

If you order has already been
processed you will need to return it at your own cost. If your order is
personalised and has already been processed by our team, we will be
unable to cancel.

I have received my order and I would like to return it

Return your order without a hassle within 30 days for a full refund, minus the cost of our delivery to you. Items must be returned
unused, unaltered and in a resellable condition to qualify for a refund.

We are unable to accept returns on orders where products have been
personalised. 

It is the buyers responsibility to cover the cost of the return. We recommend using a tracked service as a refund cannot be issued for items we have not received.

When will I receive my refund? 

Once we have received and inspected the return and if a refund has been approved, we will process a refund via our website within 24-48 hours.

You will be refunded via the same payment method you used to place your order.
